By accessing or using GudBrief ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
GudBrief is operated by GudBrief ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GudBrief.
GudBrief is an AI-powered creative brief coaching platform that:
• Provides real-time feedback on creative brief writing
• Uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic) to generate suggestions
• Stores and manages your creative briefs
• Offers export functionality (PDF)
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must not share your login credentials with others
• You must use a strong, unique password
• We are not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain account security
• New users receive a 15-day free trial with 1 active brief and 50,000 AI tokens
• No credit card required for trial
• Full access to all features during trial period
• Trial automatically expires after 15 days
• After trial expiration, continued use requires a paid subscription
• Professional tier allows up to 3 active briefs with 50,000 tokens each
• Finalized briefs are archived and do not count toward active brief limit
• Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled
• Payment is processed through Razorpay
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• No refunds for partial months or unused briefs
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You retain access until the end of your paid period
• No refunds for early cancellation
• Each brief has a 50,000 token budget for AI coaching
• Token usage is tracked and displayed in the interface
• Exceeding the token budget will disable AI coaching for that brief
• Token limits are designed to prevent abuse and manage costs
The Service is intended for legitimate creative brief writing. You may not use the Service to generate spam or unsolicited content, create misleading or fraudulent content, circumvent usage limits through multiple accounts, resell or redistribute AI-generated feedback, or overload or interfere with Service infrastructure.
• You retain all ownership rights to the briefs you create
• You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content to provide the Service
• This license terminates when you delete your content or account
• The Service, including design, features, and functionality, is owned by GudBrief
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission
• AI-generated coaching feedback is provided for your use within the Service
• Draft briefs are retained indefinitely while your account is active
• Finalized briefs are retained indefinitely while your account is active
• Upon account deletion, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days
• All briefs created in the Service belong to you
• You may export, download, and use your briefs freely
• You may delete briefs at any time
• We do not claim ownership of your brief content
You may not use the Service to violate any local, state, national, or international law, infringe on intellectual property rights of others, engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices, or harass, abuse, or harm another person.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, introduce viruses, malware, or malicious code, interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure, or use automated tools to access the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.).
• AI coaching is provided for guidance only
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of AI suggestions
• AI-generated feedback may contain errors or be inappropriate for your use case
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and using AI suggestions
• AI coaching depends on third-party services (Anthropic Claude API)
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to AI features
• AI services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or outages
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
• We may change features, functionality, or pricing with notice
• We will provide 30 days' notice for material changes when possible
• You may terminate your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of the Service, or non-payment
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GUDBRIEF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
Anthropic Claude API: AI coaching is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic's terms and privacy policy apply to AI processing.
Razorpay Payment Processing: Payments are processed by Razorpay. Razorpay's terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.
Supabase Database: Your data is stored using Supabase infrastructure. Supabase's terms and privacy policy apply to data storage.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use your data, how we protect your data, and your rights regarding your data.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
